Add someone who didn't check in
The weekly email, from the posts
Everything live on the home page right now, in date order. In LCR (Send a Message): paste the subject, Copy formatted and paste into the message — headings, bold, links and lists come through; images don't, so tick the flyers below, Download selected (.zip), unzip, and drop the whole set into the Attachments box. Copy plain text is there if you ever need it.
Every event carries Add to calendar links (Google, and an .ics file for Apple / Outlook), and the header points at calendar.html, where people subscribe to the whole ward calendar once. The files behind those are published by the Google script whenever a post changes.
Flyers to attach
Tick the ones to send, then Download selected gives you one .zip — it unzips to a folder, so select all in the folder and drag them onto LCR's Attachments box (or use its Browse button and pick them all at once).

This week's announcements
Edits go live on the home page within a minute. Every Sunday night the new email replaces this automatically.
What the tags mean
- Move Aged out
- From a note in parentheses after the name on the sheet, e.g. "Shane Woods (aged out)". Other Notes itself is just text — nothing is read out of it.
- Nothing yet Proposed Texted Answered / Declined Accepted / Sustained
- Where the calling stands, from the Proposed / Who texts / Texted / Answer / Sustained columns.
- new not on sheet
- new = moved in within the last 30 days (LCR's move-in date; it drops off by itself). not on sheet = on LCR's report but with no row on the sheet yet — Add to sheet on their slide (or Add all on this filter) makes the row, pre-filled from LCR and their move-in form.
- Has a calling?
- On the sheet and still on the ward roll, but no longer on LCR's Members without Callings report — so a calling was most likely recorded in LCR. Check their Callings/Classes tab in LCR; once it's done, Remove on their slide takes them off the sheet.
- Not in LCR
- On the sheet but not on the ward roll at all — their records moved out (or were never here). Remove deletes the row.
- ✎ pending
- Edited here on the site; it goes into the Google Sheet the next time the sync runs.
- Removed Left off the sheet
- Remove on a slide takes someone off this list: their row is deleted from the Google Sheet and they stay hidden until LCR stops listing them (records moved, or a calling recorded). Leave off the sheet does the same for someone who has no row on purpose (with a note saying why) — they stop counting as “not on sheet” and Add all skips them. Both are under the Removed / left off filter, where Back on the list undoes it.

Open the callings sheet ↗ Open the new-member responses ↗ Click a row to open that person. In the meeting, use ← → (or swipe) to move through people; Esc closes.
Import / refresh members from JSON
Paste the JSON produced by the LCR sync script (array of members). Members missing from the list are marked inactive.
Missionary meals
meals.html: one meal per day per companionship you set up below — could be Elders, Sisters, or both, and it can change any time the assignment does. A brother taking a sister companionship out names the sister coming along; each companionship is fed in its own area (the area text below shows on the page). The phone number is only shown to someone who has just booked.
Companionships, areas, numbers
Add a row for each companionship being fed (elders, a sisters' companionship, whatever the ward has right now — change it any time assignments do). The key is just an internal id (lowercase letters/numbers/underscore).

How the LCR sync works
Attendance taken on this site is pushed into LCR's Class and Quorum Attendance report by a script that runs inside your logged-in LCR tab (it clicks the same buttons you would). The roster is refreshed from that page at the same time.
- Open Class and Quorum Attendance in LCR and sign in.
- Run
scripts/lcr-sync.jsin that tab (Claude does this for you on Sunday nights, or on request: “sync attendance to LCR”). - Rows below turn synced once LCR has them.
Only weeks LCR still allows editing can be pushed (LCR opens each week through the coming Sunday).
Ward name
Used everywhere on the site — the home page title, page headers, calendar exports, texts, and email drafts — instead of editing any files.
Roll classes
The classes that show on the home page and get their own roll (Primary, Young Men, Sunday School, whatever your ward runs). Add, rename or remove classes here any time — nothing is hardcoded. Each class gets its own check-in window, in Eastern time; outside the window the button greys out on the home page, and check-ins are refused by the database too.

Bishop meeting requests
Every request from bishop.html is texted to this number the moment it comes in (name, phone, email, temple-recommend, note) — the executive secretary, usually. Leave it blank to stop the texts; the requests still land in the Inbox either way. Needs supabase/bishop.sql.
Texting (SimpleTexting)
Check texting (SimpleTexting)
Sends one short text through the Google script so you can confirm the SimpleTexting token works, without messaging a member.
Text list sync (new member form → SimpleTexting)
Whoever ticks agree on the new member form’s “Automated Messages” question (and gives a phone number) is added to the SimpleTexting list, with the form date kept on their contact as the consent record. It runs after each sheet sync (every 6 hours), never re-adds anyone who replied STOP, and never removes anyone.
